🙋🏻‍♀️ My name is Pauline.  And, while I don't claim to know it all, I do know what this constant struggle feels like.  Not that long ago, I was in your shoes.  It's been a rough and bumpy ride throughout my life, with many highs, followed by ever so many lows.

There was the constant inner conflict between:

 🤯 Wanting more excitement and adventure, while craving some peace and quiet.

 😵 Torn between perfectionism and boredom; always feeling it isn’t enough and wanting more, but also feeling I’m not good enough; I need to do more, be more.

 🫣 A brain that never stops generating ideas, but then feeling completely overwhelmed and blocked with fear of failure, judgement and rejection when it comes to execution.

 ❌ And then making sure no one would notice and pretend everything is fine. Again.

Coaching with Pauline

There are many different kinds of coaches. It’s important to find the right coach for you. Someone you feel connected to. Here’s a little bit about me and the kind of coach I am. I’m a life long expat; I’m originally Dutch but I grew up and lived in seven different countries, working on four continents. I have an engineering background and was also a stay-at-home mom for several years. I’m the mother of 3 teenagers and my chaotic family consists of an energetic mix of ADHD, ASD and giftedness. Throw in some HSP and RSD for extra spice and there’s never a dull moment for us 🎉

I followed my passion and became a Life and Leadership Coach in 2016 while living in Doha, Qatar. I’m a multiple certified coach and run my own coaching business from our home in Hilversum. I have the pleasure of working with international women all over the globe every day. I trained in the fields of Wellbeing, Transitions and Neurodivergence Coaching and I’m an ADHD Specialist Coach. My clients value my patience, empathy, honesty, compassion and sense of humor. I have a strength-based approach and I truly believe in my clients’ abilities to succeed. Before I met Pauline, I was struggling with some major changes in my career. I was having a hard time balancing life and work, constantly struggling with feelings of guilt for working long hours instead of spending time with my children or partner, let alone finding time for myself.

Pauline helped me with some effective tools that I could apply in my everyday life.
